How To Fix Your Sleep Schedule:


Stop eating until 7am the next day (you can go a long time without eating and still be healthy). Force yourself to wake up at 7am, open a window and stare at the sun, then eat your first meal of the day. This helps correct your circadian rhythm, which is mostly affected by two things, sunlight and meal timings.
